Elizabeth ×Momentum

The method · in full

Four rules that make honesty useful.

Momentum is habit and accountability coaching. Elizabeth made the introduction and earns a commission if you join. Momentum's coaches deliver the service and Elizabeth never sees your record.

01

Seal the day

Marking is not the commitment. Sealing is the separate act that says this is a true record of what happened. Only sealed days count. An unsealed day is simply a day you did not turn up to the record.

02

The honest count never resets

You carry two numbers: a habit streak for consecutive days you kept the list, and an integrity score for consecutive days you sealed a true record. A miss can end the habit streak. Telling the truth about the miss keeps the integrity score alive.

03

Yesterday closes

You can log today and yesterday. Anything older locks, and only your coach can reopen it. A useful record has to stay a record rather than become a history you tidy later.

04

Your coach holds the pen

Only your coach adds, edits or removes something from your list. You choose what matters. Your coach designs the daily practice and adjusts it weekly. You can request a change whenever you need one, but the list cannot be quietly rewritten in a bad moment.

The walkthrough · 2:17

The whole thing, shown.

The dashboard as a member sees it, what marking and sealing a day looks like, and what your coach reads at the end of the week.

The boundary

Accountability, not specialist care.

Momentum does not write your training, prescribe your food, plan your business or treat you. If you need a specialist, keep the right professional. Momentum sits underneath the plan and helps you keep the daily commitments you chose.
